  • What do you do for a living? What is your background?
  • What are some things that define you?
  • What are some of your hobbies?

Next, review your results of the Kiersey Temperament Sorter. In a discussion post, list the temperament the assessment identified for you and answer the following questions:

• What did you learn about your inner state? Your preferences?
• How well did the identified temperament match your view of yourself?
• Reflect on how your inner state may potentially impact your leadership performance.
