The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, you will gain a deeper understanding of a variety of constructs relevant to leadership development. Second, you will develop enhanced self-awareness regarding where you personally fall on these constructs which will help you understand yourself, and how to develop your leadership potential, and to function in teams and organizations. More specifically, you will have to discuss how these self-assessments, the VIA character survey in particular, have helped you to know yourself better. Please link these discussions back to readings for this course to discuss how you will utilize these strengths to the full advantage and to overcome those weaknesses to develop your leadership.
