 Information Paper

At the conclusion of this week’s readings you should have a better grasp of the history of “terrorism” confronted by the United States pre-9/11. In an Information Paper, please describe your opinion and reflections on how the United States responded to the terrorist threats posed in the decade preceding the 9/11 attacks.
