Reading Existing Messages

Once you have entered the e-mail environment, you will see a listing of all unread messages within the main frame of the window. Messages are organized by the subject line of the individual postings.

Replying to a Message

When replying to an existing message, you have the option of including a copy of the text from the original note in your reply.

Forwarding a Message

You can forward an e-mail message to another individual in the same system.

Accessing Your E-mail Folders

You actually have three folders in your WebCT e-mail environment:
  1. Inbox - contains all received e-mail
  2. Outbox - contains all sent e-mail
  3. Draft - contains any e-mail messages you have saved but not sent (this is done by clicking on the Save Draft button while composing)

When entering the e-mail system, you will automatically view the unread messages in your inbox. To access the other folders, go to the e-mail environment and

Searching for a Specific Posting

It doesn't take long for e-mail messages to accumulate. Fortunately, there's a tool that enables you to search for specific messages.
