1. Participate in the Team Grievance Case Analysis
   Your team is asked to write a brief response (500 word minimum) to the questions below for Case #2: Full Consideration of Seniority and Ability beginning on page 333 in your Budd text.

   • Discuss the team responses and come to a consensus.
   • Summarize the strongest arguments management can make in this case.
   • Summarize the strongest arguments the union can make in this case.
   • If you were the arbitrator, how would you decide each case (provide an opinion, reasoning, and remedy if required)?

   
   

2. After your team has posted the Final Post for this team assignment, complete the Lesson 11 Peer Evaluation Assignment. When prompted, select Lesson 11 Peer Evaluation and then select the name of your team (Alpha, Beta, Delta, or Epsilon).

3. Complete and submit the Individual Grievance Case
   Individually, choose one of the Cases from the Budd text beginning on page 332 (with the exception of Case #2) and write a brief response (500 word minimum) to the questions below.
   

   • Summarize the strongest arguments management can make in this case.
   • Summarize the strongest arguments the union can make in this case.
   • If you were the arbitrator, how would you decide each case (provide an opinion, reasoning, and remedy if required)?
