Overview
Later in the course, you will be asked to conduct a needs assessment based on the proposal you submit for this assignment. For the Lesson 11 time frame, you will submit the results of your Needs Assessment Project in a report of 2,500 words, create a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the major points of the report, and conduct a brief presentation.
Instructions
In preparation for the Lesson 11 assignments described above, prepare a short proposal that includes the following typical elements:
- Title cover page
- Purpose of the needs assessment
- Phases/steps including processes and analysis to be used
- Expected outcomes
- Timeline
- Projected costs (if any)
To assist you, refer to the Gupta text for examples. There are also proposal templates in Microsoft Word that could be utilized and customized as desired.
Additional Resources
You can find examples of needs assessments conducted by other students of WFED 573 in previous semesters via the Needs Assessment Examples page.
