Questions to Consider

Jot down your initial thoughts about the following questions. Note that this is not a graded assignment. This is a process of helping you explore what you currently know about the challenge.

• What group work experience have you had in the iMPS-HLS program so far, and which do's and don'ts do you derive?
• What factors are most important in making a collaborative research team work effectively?
• What is the optimal balance between assigning tasks to individuals and engaging in group discourse to integrate individual contributions? How is this best accomplished?
• Describe what you see as the sort of collaborative group in which to work. How do you see yourself contributing in such a group? How do you want to work with your fellow group members?
