use absolute and relative addressing in cell formulas;
use the PMT (payment) function for modeling financial transactions;
distinguish between data and information as well as explain how data becomes information;
identify the components of a system and an information system--and explain the difference between the two;
differentiate between efficiency and effectiveness and provide examples of both;
describe the components of a computer-based information system and the relationships among those components;
explain what is meant by the information systems architecture.
